“It was not without reason that the show was over 18, and the women were porn actresses” – this is how a Twitter user commented on a Rammstein video that was recently shared on the social network. The time-lapse clip, which was apparently shown as a clip at Till Lindemann’s solo concerts, shows the Rammstein singer being orally satisfied by two women whom he treats roughly. In addition, there is lively tinkling of the piano, as if it were a comedy. Then there is simulated intercourse, with the audience clapping to the beat. At the end of the video, which is around two and a half minutes long, Lindemann is shown walking onto the stage.

As expected, online reactions to the clip, which is believed to have been made in 2020, have been divided. “Yes, one more question. to what extent is that relevant under criminal law???”, one is annoyed about the publication of the video at the moment. On Reddit, where the sequence was published, opinions are a bit more nuanced. Many rightly criticize that Lindemann treats the women whose faces are unrecognizable badly.
Others regret the development of the now 60-year-old: “Sadly, it seems as if Till Lindemann has stopped aging in a poetic sense like a fine wine, and instead became a creepy, sex-obsessed old fart”; another writes, “He went from dark, sexy and poetic to a middle-aged man going through an existential crisis. ‘Everybody look! I f**** still! I f**** women and I’m still famous!’. That is, frankly, pathetic.”
Most of the Reddit comments are three years old. And yet they could be from 2023: Many of the disgusted users are wondering who is on the videos, what is real, and on what kind of “trust base”, if any, these acts took place, whether simulated or not.
The Berlin public prosecutor’s office is currently investigating against Lindemann for allegations of sexual offenses and the sale of narcotics, the upcoming Berlin concerts are accompanied by protests and petitions for a performance ban.
