A biathlon skier belonging to the Swedish national team Tilda Johansson24, has caused a stir with her dress, Expressen write.
Swedish sports fans labeled Johansson a traitor when she posted a picture of herself in the colors of the Norwegian team on her Instagram stories.
A suggestive text was written next to the picture.
– Wannabe Norwegian?
Johansson laughed about the feedback he received to Expressen. In his opinion, the photo should not have been taken so seriously.
Johansson said that he was only joking about how the rest of the Swedish national team was camping without him. He was able to join only a little later, because he recovered from the concussion he received in the summer season.
– I wanted to be fast in training, so I put on the colors of Norway. It wasn’t a big deal, Johansson acknowledged.
According to the Swede, the competition with Norway is not quite as bloody in biathlon as it is in cross-country skiing. Still, people got a kick out of the picture.
– Many thought I was a traitor, he wondered.
