19-year-old Haarlemmer Tijmen Verbaas has been missing since Tuesday evening. The police say they are very concerned and call it an ‘urgent missing person’. The detectives and officers on the street are looking for the young man.
Tijmen did not show up for dinner with his best friends on Wednesday. The last contact with him was Tuesday evening around 11 p.m.
According to a police spokesperson, he left in an unknown direction in his car: an orange Mitsubishi Colt convertible with license plate 59-GXB-6. The police ask everyone to look out for that striking car.
Tijmen is, among other things, a volunteer at the Zandvoort Rescue Brigade. Tijmen’s family and friends are also very concerned.
