My credo for every Tiffany Client Journey is "Never sell, only advise". In my opinion, the most precious thing a Client Advisor can bring home to a customer is not “just” a beautiful piece of Tiffany jewelry, but absolute confidence in the advice and integrity that a Client Advisor conveys to a customer during service has.
