Air should arrive in Germany, or rather in Berlin, within the next 48 hours. And Jean-Benoît Dunckel and Nikolas Godin stay there for a few days. They will perform at the Theater des Westens on March 2nd, 3rd and 4th. The three gigs are their only concerts in Germany until the French duo perform again in July for a single show at the Spandau Citadel. Here you can find all the information about the Berlin dates, where all the tracks will be heard in the order of “Moon Safari”.
Start times and support
All three performances are scheduled for 8 p.m., with doors expected to open at 7 p.m. Air have not publicly announced support; it is not yet clear whether the two will be supported by another act before their show. On the previous dates of the current tour, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut record “Moon Safari”, they usually only started around two hours after admission – so a pre-act would be possible.
Air will then be on stage for about two hours and play “Moon Safari” live in its entirety for the first time – followed by other tracks not included on the 1998 album.
Tickets
Everyone is current three gigs sold out. The sales platform viagogo still advertises available tickets, but we advise you not to do so as it is not an official ticket seller for this tour and you run the risk of not receiving a valid ticket when purchasing. If you unfortunately cannot attend the appointments, you still have the opportunity to get a ticket for July 21, 2024 in Berlin here to acquire.
