A juvenile court has sentenced this Wednesday to four young people to three years of internment to each one in a closed regime center and four years probation for harassing and sexually assaulting a classmate with Asperger syndrome in a Vallirana (Barcelona) institute in 2018.
At the time of the events, the minor assaulted and raped by these high school classmates was 13 years old, while the aggressors were between 14 and 15 years old.

Last October, the trial against these four young people was held in the juvenile court number 6 of Barcelona, behind closed doors, since although the defendants are now of legal age at the time of the events, they were minors.
As reported to Efe by judicial sources, the court has sentenced the four defendants to three years of internment each in a closed regime center and four years of probation.
In addition, the four young people and their parents they must indemnify the victim in solidarity with 65,000 eurosbeing the school center subsidiary civil liability.
Specifically, the judgment condemns the four for a crime against moral integritya crime of sexual assault with carnal access (anal route) in the degree of attempt, a crime of sexual assault with carnal access (anal route) and for a crime of sexual assault with carnal access (buccal route).
Complaint
The family of the minor with Asperger syndrome denounced in December 2018 before the Mossos d’Esquadra that their son had been raped by a group of third year ESO students from the Colegio del Roser de Vallirana (Baix Llobregat), where he also studied.
The parents also denounced that the minor had been subjected to bullying with insults and threats by his high school classmates, to the point that he they finally had to leave the centera concerted school.
In the trial last October, the victim did not have to testify, since constituted evidence was given to his appearance in the investigation phase.
During the trial, the prosecution requested three years of internment for the four defendantswhile the private prosecution filed by the victim’s family requested four years.
