During a police check in Sevenum, the police arrested three people on Friday. Several cars and six stolen electric bicycles were also seized.

One person would have been arrested for forgery, one for the recovery of six bicycles and several batteries and one for not having a valid residence permit.

In total, four Polish ghost vehicles, eight (presumably stolen) batteries of electric bicycles and two expired export registration plates were seized. In addition, fines have also been handed out: some for speeding and others for not having the correct papers. A motorist has been ticketed after driving 40 kilometers too fast.
