Three out of ten student workers want to work more than 475 hours

Since this year, students are allowed to work up to 600 hours a year against reduced social contributions, instead of 475 hours. Twenty-nine percent of the students who already work as a student want to use this option this year and indicate that they will work more. About four out of ten students would like to make use of the new regulations, but say that it cannot be combined with their studies. This is evident from the annual student study by Randstad Research of 1,000 students.
