Three new Russian crew members to space station ISS

For the first time since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, three fresh crew members are going to the ISS space station. That flying laboratory, more than 400 kilometers above the earth, has been a beacon of international cooperation for decades, even in difficult times. But tensions between Russia and the West are now permeating space as well. The future of the ISS, which costs about 100 billion euros, is uncertain.
