Three gynecologists acquitted for negligence
Due to the mother’s hip problems, the child’s shoulders got stuck behind the pubic bone. According to the Public Prosecution Service and the civil parties, the gynecologists did not take enough account of the risk factors. The judge now rules that the gynecologist did not make a medical error during the delivery and that his colleagues were not present that day.
