Many office buildings in the Netherlands are in danger of being closed because they are not energy efficient enough. The latest figures from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) show that it is estimated that more than half of all offices do not yet have a mandatory energy label C. Are the tenants of those buildings immediately all out on the street? “These offices can no longer be rented or sold.”
