Thousands of customers from Telephone throughout Spain are suffering from 11 o’clock this Wednesday morning a fault which makes it impossible for them to make or receive calls with their mobile phones. Although there is still no official explanation for what happened, the incidence has originated in the Movistar 4G network and mainly affects corporate subscribers. Data services in apps like Whatsapp or Gmail work.
Incidents have been detected on websites such as downdetectorwhich have registered the cities with the most problems or the avalanche of queries starting at 11 in the morning.
