The Pochers’ marriage breakup is the topic of the latest episode of the podcast “Die Supernasen” by Thomas Gottschalk and Mike Krüger, which appeared on January 2nd. In the episode, the two looked back on the year 2023 and also talked about the media-relevant separation. Gottschalk has a clear opinion and judged Amira Pocher.
“Deported like a hot potato”
The moderator described his point of view as “two-fold”. He had kind words for his colleague. He is “a real fan of Oliver Pocher. “In this whole group of people who call themselves moderators, for me Olli is a very clever and quick-reacting person.”
However, the 73-year-old doesn’t think much of Amira Pocher. “I thought Amira was a make-up artist who, thanks to Oliver, had achieved a level of fame that she didn’t deserve,” he said. The ex-“Bet that ..?” presenter continued: “And as soon as she felt like ‘now I’m a star myself’, she dismissed Oliver like a hot potato and I don’t think that’s a good thing.”
Thomas Gottschalk then considered whether he could evaluate the 31-year-old in this way. The moderator justified the idea with the number of Instagram followers and that, as he himself says, Pocher probably has significantly more of these followers. But he still stuck to his opinion about the separation: “For me, Oli is the winner in this duo.”
Amira Pocher’s clear words for the “fame digger” allegations
The Austrian presenter commented on such allegations to “Bild” just a few days ago. In the December 30 interview, she said: “From the time I was financially able, I paid pro rata rent on his house, helped finance holidays and childcare. […] I wasn’t looking for publicity. For the first year and a half of our relationship, I was just in the background. The Wendler parody video started and Olli involved me more and more in his projects and also put me in front of the camera.”
