This well-known catering entrepreneur now also has a business in city farm De Weidemolen

At city farm De Weidemolen in Oosterheem, the catering section has been taken over by a well-known entrepreneur from Zoetermeer. We can now also have coffee with Isak and Daniëlle from lunchroom Bij Daan.

In addition to a cozy catering area for visitors, Bij Daan also offers a learning place for employees of Teamwerk and the Binnenbaan. This means that these people, with a disability and/or a disadvantage in the labor market, can gain work experience in the hospitality industry.

Cup of coffee and something sweet

On the small menu you can choose from a number of drinks and some sweet and savory snacks. Think of poffertjes, waffles, pastries and sandwiches. Isak says: “We have only just opened and we will be offering a wider range in the future. We want to take the time to train people and then slowly expand our menu.”
