That life after the age of 90 can be beautiful, not only Leo, Tinie, Harm and Miny, but also Jantje Goeree experienced special adventures before her 98th birthday. A few days before she celebrated her birthday, she was allowed to take driving lessons. She had been driving for years, but at the age of 92 her driver’s license was taken away because it was no longer safe. Her children therefore invented the driving lesson. She could drive smoothly and if things went wrong – she sometimes got dizzy when she still had her driver’s license – the instructor could intervene. However, that was not all, she was also allowed to go with a helicopter. Jantje does not know what she will get for her next birthday. “I no longer say that I like something.”
