This platform allows you to create spreadsheets that synchronize with your SaaS applications

On a daily basis, companies use several SaaS applications. They are useful for managing customer data, organizing projects more simply or setting up the launch of a new product. At the same time, they also use spreadsheets. With so many tools, it is sometimes difficult to see clearly in all this information.

Aware of this common problem in organizations, Michael Yaroshefsky has developed Visor. This is a free platform that allows you to design spreadsheets whose data synchronizes with those of the SaaS applications used. The objective is to have an overview of all the important elements.

All your data in one place

In exchange for a simple e-mail and some information on its activity, you can access Visor. You are then asked to indicate which SaaS applications are used on a daily basis. The platform offers several integrations: Jira, HubSpot and Salesforce. The most used solutions within companies are available. Note that Google Drive, Asana, Airtable or Dropbox should soon be introduced.

You must then select the columns you want to appear on your Visor spreadsheet. If you want to use it for project management, you can for example add columns of the type “Tasks”, “Status: To do/in progress/completed”, “Assigned person”, “Date rendering”. All data is synchronized in real time both in Visor and in the SaaS applications used. It is possible to choose which boxes of your spreadsheet you want to synchronize or not.

Users find columns added directly to Visor as well as those from Salesforce, for example. To see more clearly in all this data, it is wise to use filters.

The platform is also distinguished by its collaborative aspect. Each collaborator invited to the workspace can modify or add elements, which will be visible to all users. It is also possible to add comments, for example to ask your colleague to make changes. Similar to Google Doc, the person who created the workspace can control access to Visor by choosing who can edit, comment on, or read the document.

To download the spreadsheet, several export formats are offered, including PNG, JPG, PDF, and CSV. They can then be shared in presentations or on Slack.
