This owner-occupied house was once a bakery shop where mill bread was sold

Sometimes there are gems on Funda that we have to share with you. Also this semi-detached house on the Eerste Stationsstraat. Together with the house next door, it forms a former bakery with shop.

This cool house from about 1927 is opposite Molen De Hoop. At that time, the grain was ground there for the bakery across the street. The owner-occupied home then served as a shop where Zoetermeerders bought mill bread.

Garage also for sale

The semi-detached house has two bedrooms and a spacious front garden. A nice place to enjoy the sun with a view of the mill. The roof and floor are insulated and all windows have been replaced. There is also a designer kitchen, a modern bathroom and the possibility to buy a garage.
