This monumental owner-occupied house has a guesthouse at the back of the garden

Do you know the three white houses in a row in Dorpsstraat? They were built in 1820 to provide accommodation for the sextons of the Nicholas parish, among other things. The house on the right is for sale. And the nice thing is that the monumental building has been completely renovated and a small house has been made from the garage in the garden.

We regularly keep you informed about special properties for sale in the city. From attractive apartments to single-family homes with a tiny garden, a special interior or a striking location

Have a good night’s sleep

The outbuilding was once used as a garage. The current residents renovated it in 2021, making it a modern and sustainable place to live. There is a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and underfloor heating. You reach the garden with jacuzzi through the French doors. With this outbuilding there is enough space for a family with older children or a bed and breakfast.
