Christmas is just around the corner and with it the question: ‘What are we having for dinner?’ Two food trend watchers see classics on the menu this year, such as the shrimp cocktail, but also increasingly ‘hybrid’ menus. As long as it doesn’t get too difficult, we prefer not to spend hours in the kitchen.
