A reader from nearby sent us two photos. In one photo we see bright pink stripes, in the other a capital R in white paint on the street. He wonders: do you know what those signs mean?

White, pink and orange

The white letter R stands for the word roller cable. Rolling cables are needed under the tiling for laying the cable network and fiber optics. This way, employees know exactly that the roller cable is present so that they can continue with their work. The bright pink stripes indicate places on the street where the pavement needs to be repaired. Instead of pink, the stripe can also be orange in color. Look what learned again!
