Rovanperä gets a matte black car.
Early on Tuesday, Toyota released its next season’s rally car, the GR Yaris Rally1 Hybrid.
The color of the car has changed from white to matte black. The familiar red details are still there.
The new go-to game got a great reception from Toyota fans.

– Wow. I didn’t expect that. It’s simple, but at the same time really cool, another praised.

Toyota says on their websitethat two philosophies are behind the new coloring: speed and prototypicality.
– Speed reflects our attitude. We hate losing. Being a prototype means that we continue development work and make even better racing cars, the website reads.
Next year, the matte black coloring will also be seen in other sports in the cars of the Toyota Gazoo team.
