The assistant who found the star called the emergency number and alerted the paramedics. This happened on Saturday around four in the afternoon local time.
Sources say paramedics responded to what was reported as a cardiac arrest. TMZ’s sources say Perry apparently drowned. However, the cause of death is not known at this stage.
