At the end of February, the situation of the Jokers in Helsinki moved forward. On Tuesday, Team Jokerit oy, the background company of the Joker’s representative team, was granted a conditional league place in Mestis for the 2023–2024 season. However, the Swedish Ice Hockey Federation requires that the company implement ownership arrangements and capitalization in the manner described in its application.
