A win against France would mean double success for the DFB women. t-online tells you where you can watch the game.
The German women’s national team can book their ticket to the Olympic Games in Paris with a win against France this Friday. National coach Horst Hrubesch’s selection will face third place in the FIFA world rankings in the semi-finals of the Nations League in Lyon.
Since the French are automatically qualified as Olympic hosts, the German national team would get a second chance in the game for third place in the event of a defeat. But Hrubesch definitely wants to make everything clear against France and sees the chances at 50:50. “I’m not going there to take part. I want to control the game and win,” said the 72-year-old at the press conference before the game.
