This is how the water tower will soon look like a bed and breakfast

The water tower will soon consist of thirteen floors. The drawing shows that you can reach all floors from the entrance hall by elevator. There will also be an emergency staircase in case of fire. There will be large bedrooms on the first two floors and two bedrooms per floor on the five floors above.

There will be a total of three meeting rooms on the eighth, ninth and tenth floors. The meeting room on the eleventh floor has its own kitchen. The glass top will house the breakfast room with a beautiful view of the city. Can you already see yourself sitting at the breakfast table with a croissant and a cup of coffee?
