Criticism of Parlon and the socialist hegemony in the city are, in fact, the leitmotiv of his campaign. This is how his star mantra communicates it: “Nuria Parlon governs Santa Coloma manu militari“, he affirmed in the presentation of his candidacy in reference to the socialist governance in the city, which he calls “the farmhouse”.
Regarding concrete electoral proposals, Rufián has been lavished by walking through Santa Coloma with current Republican ‘consellers’ of the Generalitat who have spoken on issues such as the local security enhancement or, more popular, the construction of a second home for the elderlya promise by which the Parliament came to fail to the counselor campuzano.
