This is how Robert Pattinson spent the breaks on the set of The Batman

Robert Pattinson explained in an interview that he made electronic ambient music during the breaks in shooting for the new Batman film.

In the “GQ” interview, Batman actor Pattinson said that shooting the film was very isolated and that he often felt lonely due to the many night shoots. Also, he couldn’t be seen outside of the set in the Batsuit, so the crew set up a tent for him on the premises. He spent most of his breaks in filming there.

“I was in the tent making ambient electronic music in the suit and looking over the Batman mask. There is something about the construction of the mask that makes it very difficult to read books, so you almost have to lean forward to be able to see through the mask.”

When the first preview was released, Pattinson, who is playing the role of the Dark Knight in “The Batman” for the first time, and director Matt Reeves revealed that Bruce Wayne’s new version was inspired by Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain. That’s why a new version of Nirvana’s “Something in the Way” was also heard in the clip.

“The Batman” runs from March 3rd in German cinemas.
