That’s what turning 50 felt like for megastar Gwyneth Paltrow – despite the fact that at 40 she suffered an age crisis.

51-year-old Paltrow reflects on aging In an interview with Bustle. He says that he remembers feeling a lot of sadness, fear and anxiety when he turned 40.

Ten years later it was different.

– I thought that I love my friends, I love my husband, I love my children. Yes, my job is hard. But things are fine, Paltrow describes her feelings about reaching the age of 50.

Paltrow says in an interview that she doesn’t care one bit about what is said or thought about her.

– This is who I am. It felt like 50 was about going deeper into myself. Apparently, things only get better and better, Paltrow tells the magazine.

Constant messing around

Paltrow says that she lives a hectic life while running a business and a busy home life.

– I’m constantly messing around. I’ve burned three things in the oven this week and so on,” Paltrow says.

The hectic pace is such a solid part of Paltrow’s everyday life that just sitting down sometimes causes difficulties.

– If I take a whole weekend off, I sometimes feel anxious – – Even when I try to relax, I think “okay, let’s sit down with a great novel”, Paltrow says and continues to scold herself.

– Can’t you just sit and dream?
