Cristina Pedroche He has done it again. The presenter has once again surprised with her style for the Antena 3 bells, with a sustainable dress inspired by nature created by Josie and the Navarrese designer Paula Ulargui, who has had the collaboration of Greenpeace.
“I am water, I am a wave. I am like the waves and you end up bringing me my daughter. It is made of 80% water”said the presenter during the broadcast of Antena 3’s Chimes.
The design is composed of three pieces of clothing that are intended to be a representation of Cristina’s vital moment, just a few months after becoming a mother for the first time. It is a cape, a dress and shoes created 100% with recycled wool and biodegradable and organic materials.
To make it, hydroponic cultivation has been carried out in which the different plants of the cape have taken root, thus revealing a mantle of red amaranth to which nasturtium plants are added, covering the waist area on this occasion.

As for the dress, we have chosen to make it through a organic and biodegradable fabric made from gelatin, agar, glycerin and water. An ephemeral material worked through heat that, when molded, has resulted in a dress in green tones with transparencies. Finally, for shoes, Cristina has opted for a silhouette with a pine wood base adorned with fastening ribbons made with cotton fibers and the same biomaterial as the dress.
Pedroche’s objective this year is to make visible the importance of acting to change water management policies, an increasingly scarce and essential element.
