For satay with peanut sauce, the indopan, rice tables, pisang goreng and a lot of other Indonesian specialties, we can still go to Wattstraat. That will soon change because Indofoods is moving to a new location.

Indofoods has started a renovation in the former building of cafeteria Lavante in the Palenstein shopping center. Later we can go there for takeaway meals, but also sit at a table there for an Indonesian meal.
Increase power supply
Palenstein has already undergone a complete metamorphosis with a brand new shopping center and a lot of new-build homes. The new residents are lucky because, if everything goes according to plan, Indofoods will open their new location this year. “Stedin has to cooperate to increase the power supply,” explains owner Bas. “As soon as we know more about this, we can start making plans for the opening date.”
