1 tablespoon of olive oil
600 g of chicken breasts
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (dried also works)
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 dl chicken broth
1 dl whipped cream
1 dl of sun-dried tomatoes
0.5 dl grated parmesan
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Put olive oil in the pan and fry the chicken fillets for about five minutes per side. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Transfer the fillets to the baking dish.
