Bake blueberries for an easy and delicious blueberry crumble or a more homey blueberry pie.

Blueberry fry is a delicious combination of crunchy oats and tasty blueberries.
Blueberry stew
(for 4 people)
1 l blueberries
3/4 dl cane sugar
1 teaspoon of real vanilla powder
Crumblecrumb:
2 dl large oatmeal
1 1/4 dl spelled wheat flour
125 g of butter or baking margarine
1 1/4 dl cane sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom
1. Cut the butter into cubes. Measure the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the butter cubes. Use your fingers to mix the ingredients into a crumble dough.
2. Spread the blueberries in a baking dish and crumble the dough over the berries. Bake the crumble in a 200-degree oven for 25–30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Tip!
If you use frozen blueberries, you can add a tablespoon of potato flour to the berries.
