The US underwear supplier ThirdLove has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of the Kit Undergarments brand, which was founded in 2019. The acquisition was the first in the company’s history and “an important milestone as it creates the conditions for the long-term growth and success of both brands,” ThirdLove said in a statement on Monday. After a relaunch, the label’s products will now be offered exclusively in the new owner’s online shop under the name “Kit Undergarments for ThirdLove”.
In addition to the opening of our own stationary stores and the inclusion of new categories in the range, the takeover is another element of ThirdLove’s growth strategy.
