The German ice hockey women suffered their third defeat in the third game at the five-nation tournament in Falun, Sweden.
National coach Jeff MacLeod’s team lost 0-2 (0-0, 0-2, 0-0) against fourth-placed Switzerland in the World Cup on Friday.
The selection of the German Ice Hockey Federation (DEB) had previously lost against the Swedish hosts (2:3) and the Olympic third place Finland (1:4). Finally, the German team will meet the Czech Republic on Saturday.
