Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are in favor of a rapid accession procedure to include Ukraine in NATO. “Ukraine’s Baltic friends fully support welcoming Ukraine to NATO as soon as possible,” the three countries’ foreign ministers tweeted last night. “Ukraine’s inspiring courage can only strengthen our alliance.”
