No technical jargon: easy communication
In addition to these tips, the PayPal co-founder gives other “productivity recommendations” that he names in the letter to employees. According to the Tesla CEO, one should express oneself as clearly and understandably as possible for reasons of easier communication: “In general, everything that needs an explanation hinders communication,” he explains.
