They go by categories:

As for the cream ones, the best option is the ‘Sánwich Nata’ from Nestlé. The OCU has cataloged it with the letter D in Nutriscore. The pack of 6 units can be found in supermarkets for around 3.50 euros.

In the ‘milk ice cream’ category, the best is Gellateli (Lidl brand) with its product ‘Huracán’. Its Nutriscore classification is C. It can be found at Lidl for 1.69 euros. There are seven units in the package and each ice cream is made up of several layers with different flavors such as pear, vanilla or strawberry.

Regarding the poles, Nestlé obtains the best qualification with the Pirulo. Its ingredients are water, strawberry puree, sugar, juice and natural flavours. It has the B NutriScore seal. For 4.50 euros, five ice creams come in each package

The OCU bases its analysis especially on the Nutriscore system, that penalizes the calories and nutrients that should be restricted because they are not beneficial for our body. Among them are saturated fats, sugar and salt. In addition, it positively values the presence of fruits and vegetables, fiber and proteins
