The strike called by the cabin crew (TCP) of the airline easyjet left this sunday cancellation of 13 flights and delays in another 18with special emphasis on the Barcelona-El Prat airport, according to information provided by the USO union. Until 1:00 p.m. they have been suspended eight flights at the Catalan airport -the round trip operations to Geneva, Bristol, Naples and Milan Malpensa-, and have been registered four delays in departures and as many in arrivals.
The general secretary of USO-easyJet in Barcelona, Pier Luigi Copellohas valued the sixth day of strike in the airline and has highlighted the “success” that the call is having at the El Prat airport. Copello stressed that the workers are beginning to notice the “approach” on the part of the company, a change of posture that they receive “very positively”, as indicated in a recorded statement released to the media.
