You can find ready-to-cook, domestic ducks in the freezer, and the rest goes as if by itself, slowly simmering in the gentle heat of the oven. Autumn is the time for game dishes. In Finland, the waterfowl hunting season starts in August and lasts until the end of December. Whole, domestic ducks can be hunted from supermarket freezers, but duck breasts are more difficult to find. Most of it goes directly to the use of restaurants.
