Thees Uhlmann & Band announce first live album and mini tour

Thees Uhlmann & Band have registered their first live album 100,000 SONGS LIVE IN HAMBURG for December 2nd, 2022. The tracks that made it onto the live disc are below. In addition, the band has released four tour dates for Kiel, Hamburg, Cologne and Bremen.

What fans can expect on “100,000 SONGS LIVE IN HAMBURG”.

The disc contains 23 live recordings from the “Junkies & Scientologists” tour. The LP will be available as triple vinyl or double CD and will be released through the Grand Hotel van Cleef label. The album is distributed by The Orchard/Indigo, it can already be pre-ordered here.

Uhlmann himself about the live record: “We have played around 170 concerts since the JUNKIES & SCIENTOLOGISTS record came out. Boy was that a bang until the last note was recorded. Kudos to ourselves, but that’s just how it is sometimes when ‘the rat has to go down into the basement again.’ (Quote: Marcus Wiebusch). To celebrate all this and to prove to ourselves that it all happened, that the (rock’n’roll) swindle hasn’t been blown yet, we’re releasing our first live album on December 2nd, 2022! And to celebrate that with you, we’re playing four concerts in Kiel, Hamburg, Cologne and Bremen!”

4 days and 4 club concerts for the album release

As part of the release of the announced LP, Thees Uhlmann will play four concerts with his band. Tickets for this are available from Thursday (October 20, from 12:00 p.m.) here.
