Our neighbors in The Hague are home to the well-known Madurodam amusement park. Dutch buildings and locations are shown in miniature format on a scale of one to twenty-five. Not only a fun day out, but you also spot a famous Zoetermeer building.

In Madurodam you will find the Zoetermeer water tower De Tien Gemeenten. A few years ago, due to the opening of the new building, the office building of Bouwhuis was also located there in mini format. In addition, a tiny piece of Balijbos has been created in the amusement park.

Water Tower The Ten Municipalities
Soon after the entrance to Madurodam you will see the water tower of Zoetermeer on the left. There is a little man next to the entrance door and around the building is water, grass and plants. Next to the water tower is the vegetable auction Broekerveiling.
The Zoetermeer water tower was built in 1928 and it was designed by Schäffer & Co in Duisburg. The height of this tower in Madurodam is 1.95 metres. Do you want a place in Madurodam as a company? Then this will be discussed and there will be a cost attached to it.
