Käärijä’s first Airbnb resident has arrived at the artist from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
Finland’s Eurovision hero Wrapper, 29, The studio apartment in Malmi has received its first resident. The artist recently announced his apartment on Airbnb, which allows people to stay in his studio for a fee.
The wrapper has published Instagramin his stories about his encounter with his first Airbnb resident. It appears from the publication that the guest has arrived in Finland all the way from Texas, USA. Instagram story sections are viewable for 24 hours after they are posted.
– I surprised my first Airbnb guest from Texas. He found a bolero! Thank you for coming, the artist rejoices in his story section.
In the photo, the blonde-haired guest is wearing the green bolero that has become Käärijä’s trademark. The supposed man is wearing a white shirt with pictures of butterflies under his outfit. The person is posing in the picture with his host Käärijä.
Iltalehti reported earlier that Käärijä charges up to 350 euros per night for its accommodation. The price does not include cleaning or service fees. The price will increase if the customer wants a few days’ cancellation right. Airbnb collects three percent of the intermediate amount of the reservation and a service fee from the guests.
Käärijä also has another apartment, which the city of Vantaa offered him for free for the work he did for his hometown. The apartment in question is a medium-sized triangle without a balcony, and its rental price is just over 1,000 euros.
