The “Wok-WM” on ProSieben is back

When Stefan Raab ended his television career in 2015, he took a lot with him. Events like “Schlag den Raab”, the “Stock Car Crash Challenge” or the “Wok World Cup” no longer existed. That should change now. ProSieben brings back the Wok World Cup.

“On November 12, the woks will rush down the ice channel in Winterberg,” announced ProSieben. Instead of Stefan Raab, the show will be moderated by Sebastian Puffpaff. The comedian had already taken over the late-night show “TV Total” from Raab in 2021.

More custom formats

In addition to the “Wok World Cup”, ProSieben has other plans for the coming season. You want to rely on self-produced content that should run five evenings a week. “Sunday evening will be the fifth evening of the week on which we show almost exclusively in-house productions,” the broadcaster added.

According to “RND”, four new productions are planned for the Sunday evening slot. The titles: “Mission: Job Unknown”, “Local Hero”, “World Most Dangerous Roads” and “Country Challenge”, the latter being just a working title. Of course, celebrities play an important role. For the “Country Challenge” they have to solve bizarre challenges in different countries.
