The W festival was even more accessible this year and attracted more than 30,000 visitors

In the main tent, The Human League were allowed to let off steam for the festival-goers. The band, formed in the late 1970s and known for ‘Don’t you want me’ and ‘Lebanon’, reminded the exuberant audience of yesteryear. The W-festival expanded this year with a second covered stage. It is no longer subject to weather conditions.

Wheelchair accessible

Furthermore, the organization has now also installed planks to make it easier for wheelchair users to move around the festival site. The Ostend music festival attracted around 30,000 music lovers this year. That means a doubling compared to last year.
