Presenter Vappu Dark, 45, is being praised for her bravery on social media. Pimiä previously said in her Instagram stories that she received a shocking hate message Dancing with the stars – about the broadcast of the program. Pimiä said that he was upset by the message he received.

Pimiä also said that she noticed that most of the people who send hate messages are women about 20 years older than her.

– People should remember that we are all human. We all do our best, right? I wonder about such people, where is their empathy and humanity, Pimiä, among other things, said in his story publication.

Pimiä’s experience has made many of the presenter’s followers take a stand on the unpleasant phenomenon. Pimiä has shared the opinions of her followers in her Instagram stories. The presenter also participated in the discussion Marja Hintikka45, who said in his Instagram stories that he completely identifies with Pimiä’s observation.

– I’ve probably never received such cruel and terrible feedback from any man as from older women. Like Vapu, I’ve been thinking, what is this? This is so dark. If sometimes I don’t have anything else to do in life but to bark at women who are younger than me in the family and at work, I can be dragged down the toilet seat, he stated in the video of his story section.

– A woman supports a woman. It is worth adopting this attitude in life. If you feel like bashing other women, you should face your own gloom, look in the mirror and ask why you do it. Why do you feel so incredibly bad that you have to take it out on other people, he wrote in the text of his video.

In the spring of 2015, Iltalehti asked Sara Sieppi to read hate mail about herself.

Also a social media influencer Sara Sieppi, 32, showed his support for Pimiä in his own Instagram stories. Pimi had pondered in her earlier story sections whether Sieppi would receive even more hate messages from older women. Sieppi answered the host.

– Thank you Vappu for talking about an important topic. For me, social media bullying is unfortunately still an everyday thing and I wish every day that even today would be the day when I could be without it. While waiting for that, Sieppi wrote in his story section.

The trio is not the only one who has opened up about the hate message phenomenon. For example, at the end of September Temptation Island Finland familiar from the program Vilma Josefina Karjalainen said in her Instagram stories that she got upset with a social media commenter who questioned, among other things, the star’s clothing brand and her way of raising her children. Karjalainen’s snappy response to the hate commenter made many of his social media followers cringe, but the star decided to stand his ground.

– I’m human, I lost my temper yesterday and I do my own thing in my own style. If you don’t catch it, you can go elsewhere – you don’t have to look at my face. But today I have a better day, he stated.

About a few days earlier, the host Jenni Alexandrova shared a screenshot of a hate message he received on his social media account, in which a person called the star with defamatory words.

– Even an adult does not deserve this, but we have better tools for analyzing violations. And to forget them. I sincerely hope that the author of the message will have experiences that increase his self-esteem and ease his mood, he wrote in his post.
