“I want to congratulate my players. We made a great effort throughout the game against a great team like Barça. We had three or four bad minutes in the second quarter and they killed us, but in said quarter we didn’t play so badly and we have only missed a few shots and we have been able to read the defense well and have a lot of patience in attack,” he summarized at a press conference.
He stressed that Real Madrid played “very solidly” during the forty minutes, “which is what you have to do to beat big teams like Barça.”

“In general terms, offensively we played a very good gamewe have moved the ball well, we have not lost many balls, we have attacked their defenses well and had very good offensive reads”, the coach from Vitoria stressed.
