The tax authorities barely intervened with companies that were supposed to give self-employed people a contract

In recent years, the Tax and Customs Administration has hardly given any instructions and corrected to clients and contractors who should actually enter into an employment contract. This is the conclusion of the Court of Audit after an investigation which shows that the tax authorities have been struggling with this issue for years and that solutions are still lacking.
