The suspect who was imprisoned for involvement in the death of an Enkhuizer in Grootebroek has been released. On August 31, a seriously injured man was found in a building on the Zesstedenweg in Grootebroek, he later died in hospital.
The police say in a press release that the 40-year-old man from Bovenkarspel remains a suspect. “Based on the investigation results to date, it has been decided not to detain the man any longer. In the interest of the investigation, no further announcements can be made at this time.”
