Vanni Chiarotto played for ten years in Serie C: his teammates included De Zerbi, Barone and Iaquinta, he moved to West Bromwich, then a trip to New York changed his life
At one point Vanni Chiarotto shouted “America”. He glimpsed her before the others and then grabbed her with his bare hands, tearing off a piece. In his 30s he grabbed a backpack, put headphones in his ears, and then hopped on a flight to New York. Goodbye to his country, goodbye football, his world since he was a child, when he played with De Zerbi, Iaquinta and Barone. The first coaches Brighton, the other two became world champions in 2006. He, born and raised in Padua, borrowed the American Dream and created a real estate empire starting from less than zero. In 2021 he bought about fifty apartments, then renovated and sold them. Praise that plane.
