The State Duma on the page in “VKontakte” published a list of benefits for large families and pensioners, which Russians might not have been aware of.
So, pensioners can not pay property tax. The benefit is provided for one object of each type: an apartment, a house and a garage at the same time. Retirees can also don’t pay land tax on a plot of six acres. The benefit also applies to families with many children, families with disabled children and disabled people of groups I and II.
The State Duma also recalled that children under three years of age and children from large families under six years of age can be provided with medicines free of charge. The list of drugs is compiled annually, and you can get them at any pharmacy that serves beneficiaries.

Families with two or more children may not pay personal income tax when selling a single apartment to improve their living conditions. New housing must be purchased before April 30 of the next year, and its area or cadastral value must exceed the corresponding indicators of the previous apartment. The cadastral value of new housing should not exceed 50 million rubles. And at the time of the sale, the family should not own other housing with an area of more than 50% of the previous one.
